To effectively address the safety hazards associated with open mill operations, the Miyi Series provides professional intelligent safety protection solutions. These products can be flexibly installed above or beside the open mill and feature an integrated transmitter-receiver photosensitive sensor design.

After the sensor emits a light beam to create a protected area, when an operator wearing a reflective wristband enters the beam coverage area, the wristband rapidly reflects the light back to the sensor. Once the sensor receives the reflected signal, it immediately triggers and outputs a safety signal, enabling rapid safety detection and warning while helping prevent hazardous situations at their source.

The Miyi Series currently includes two models, MKL-01 and MKL-02, designed to meet the safety protection requirements of different open mill applications.

Both the Moncee Miyi MKL-01 and MKL-02 feature an integrated protection design combining a core safety protection device with a dedicated wristband. They are also equipped with a safety relay to ensure stable and reliable signal transmission and accurate safety responses.
